WYEA Christian Radio went on the air in April of 1983. I was privileged to be one of the announcers on the very first day. We play a mix of Christian Country (one of the fastest growing segments in Christian radio) and Southern Gospel.

We also include great programming like "Viewpoint", " Dr. David Jeremiah", "Turning Point," plus " Southwest Radio Church." There is one weekend broadcast that's been with us the whole time - the broadcast from the "Jesus Saves Deliverance Temple" in Odena.

WYEA is located on Motes Road just off the Talladega Highway. Come visit us sometime and, by all means, keep listening to the best music in the Coosa Valley.
